The thesis
Most tech media is one of five things: shallow news aggregation, hype-driven AI commentary, founder worship, overly technical engineering content, or generic startup advice. None of it describes what actually happens inside a company that is trying to scale a product to ten million orders, or roll out an AI workflow to a 4,000-person operations team.

The method
